  1. Thinly slice potato.
  2. Mince or finely chop garlic.
  3. Coarse chop rosemary.
  4. Combine in bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.

Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Add mozzarella to dough
  4. Evenly distribute potato mixture over the dough
  5. Pinch off small pieces of sausage and distribute over the pizza
  6. Bake
